Declaration of consent to the collection and

processing of personal data

pursuant to Art. 6 (1a), in conjunction with Art. 7 GDPR

 

Privacy Policy

By registering for the event, I agree to the recording, processing and storage of my personal data for the organisation, implementation and follow-up of the event by Deggendorf Institute of Technology. This also includes that (academic) title, first name, surname, company/institution, function are listed in a list of participants, which is filled out at events with first name, surname, company/institution, function and participation (‘yes’ - ‘no’) and supplemented by the provision of screenshots taken during the events, kept internally and, if necessary, shared in anonymised form with the project partners and passed on to the project sponsor Danube Region Programme Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat for auditing purposes.

The legal basis for this consent is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. I have received the information sheet ‘Information pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR on consent to data processing (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR)’.

I have been informed of my rights pursuant to Art. 15 - 21 GDPR. This consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time in writing to Deggendorf Institute of Technology with effect for the future. My data may no longer be processed after receipt of the declaration of revocation. The revocation of my consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out up to that point. Public Relations Work and other purposes of use

CONSENT FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS WORK:

I grant the partners involved in the project permission to take photographs and videos during the event, to store them digitally on internal platforms and to use them in connection with the event for public relations work and documentation, both analogue and digital.

 

CONSEQUENCES OF NON-CONSENT

The declaration of consent to the collection and processing of personal data is voluntary. However, since our offer is dependent on the collection and processing of the aforementioned data, non-consent excludes participation in the event.
